This keeps sessions more affordable and gives you maximum flexibility to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.

    ​An informal chat up to 15 mins, to ask questions, outline what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if I might be the right fit for you.

    Phone call or WhatsApp video call. 

  • initial consultation

    £45

    A chance to get to know each other, explore your current life and background, and talk about what you’d like from therapy. We may also try a short exercise to have a taste of what to expect in a regular session.

  • Regular therapy sessions

    Daytimes: £58 After 5pm: £65  After 6pm (limited): £75

    Regular sessions can be short-term to work on a specific issue or goal, or longer-term to explore deeper issues or ongoing life challenges.

    I create a treatment plan with you and we review progress together regularly, so your therapy stays focused and collaborative.
