coming to therapy
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons — sometimes it’s a specific problem, other times it’s just a feeling that something isn’t quite right.
You don’t have to face it alone.
All of my sessions are Online via video call (Zoom/GoogleMeet/WhatsApp). This keeps sessions more affordable and gives you maximum flexibility to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Areas I can help with include:
Anxiety and social anxiety
Depression and low self-esteem
Obsessive or compulsive thoughts and behaviours
Feeling isolated or lonely
Relationship challenges, including dating, separation, or divorce
Life transitions
The effects of perimenopause or menopause
Feeling stuck, lost, or overwhelmed
I work with adults aged 18 and over.
If you have any access needs, I’m always happy to discuss how I can make therapy as comfortable and accessible as possible for you.
I’m especially mindful of the experiences of people of the global majority, disabled people, neurodivergent people, and LGBTQ+ clients.
Important note: For safeguarding reasons, I am not able to work with people currently experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings, as I cannot provide emergency support outside of scheduled sessions.
